It is Worth the drive, we live in Cleveland Tennessee and drove to Nashville. To try this very good. We'll be back again. Try the goat meat. And Empanadas.
Hands down, best ethnic food I’ve ever had in Nashville. I got the goat special - meat was fall off the bone with the best flavors and spices. Really approachable atmosphere so if you’ve never had Latin food before, don’t be intimated to stop in! They explain how to order right away. You can do something easy like a plate with rice, beans, choice of meat and side or just get a meat and side like I did. Highly recommend, I’ll be stopping here everytime I’m back for work!
This place is amazing. The food here is out of this world. There's all sorts of things to choose from, all of which are cooked to perfection, and beautifully seasoned. It was my first time, and this nice gentleman helped me get my order so smoothly. The vibe of the place was great too. There was nice music playing, cool paintings and posters, with this home like feel to it. If you're ever in the area, you NEED to eat here.
I always love how clean this place is, how friendly and amazing the staff are, and how delicious literally every single thing I've tried here has been. Just WOW!!! today i got two Cubans which i was wary about because I've had a lot of not so great Cuban sandwiches in America. My wife and i could have split the one! They don't skimp, and they are very passionate about the food and it's quality. I'm so happy that this place exists in Nashville and I'm so glad that it's never too crowded. Any time you're here you'll find the staff cleaning. They really do care about hygiene. All of the sauces are homemade and you CAN taste the difference. I can't get over it all. What an EXPERIENCE! Will it be a weekly thing for us to come back for food here? Most likely. The Dominican Republic doesn't know what they're missing out on!!!
We found this place from a Facebook video and had to try it. We live 3 hrs away, and we're in town only for a day. We're so glad we came. The service was great. We ordered enough food for 3-4 people even though there's only two of us knowing we were sampling and taking the leftovers home to enjoy later. My husband raved about the goat. Next time we're in town, we'll be stopping by for some good eating.
This was my first time trying this restaurant and I must say both my husband and I were impressed and ate a delicious dinner. My Puerto Rican Husband ordered chicken and rice and pastel. He devoured the whole thing and took some home as well. I got the pork and it was so tender and flavorful, the meat was just falling off the bones. The croquetas were delicious as well. I ordered a mango juice and it was perfect! The prices here are reasonable for good portions of food. Hubby and I will be stopping here the minute we get another chance !
We are from South Florida so we have been to many Latin restaurants and a lot of them don’t season the food very good. This place was good. Food was seasoned and fresh! And the service was great! Will be definitely going again!
